These terms govern your use of Acadvista Academy at academy.acadvista.in, operated by DivineXplore Infotech (Udyam UDYAM-HR-19-0074391). By creating an account, buying a course or using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
1. What we provide
We sell access to online courses. A course typically consists of recorded video lessons, a notes PDF, a practical workbook, an online assessment, and a certificate of completion issued on passing that assessment.
Course content is delivered through this website. Videos are streamed from a third-party video platform. You need your own internet connection and a modern web browser.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information, including a working email address.
- Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login with anyone else.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Your certificate is issued in the name on your account. Tell us before you take the final test if that name is wrong.
3. Access and licence
On successful payment you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course for your own learning. Unless stated otherwise on the course page, access is for the lifetime of the course on our platform.
You may not:
- Share, resell, sub-licence, rent or redistribute any course material.
- Upload course material to any website, drive, group or messaging channel.
- Record, re-host or re-stream the video lessons.
- Use the material to train a machine learning model or to build a competing course.
- Remove or alter the watermark on any PDF issued to you.
Notes PDFs are watermarked with your name, email address and order reference. That watermark identifies the licensed holder of any copy that is redistributed.
4. Intellectual property
All course material, including text, video, PDFs, workbooks, assessment questions, designs and the Acadvista Academy name and logo, is owned by DivineXplore Infotech or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Buying a course does not transfer any ownership to you.
5. Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the course page and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Access is granted once the payment is confirmed by the gateway, normally within seconds.
- We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect a course you have already bought.

6. Refunds
Our refund policy is set out in full on the Refund and Cancellation Policy page. In summary: request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount.
7. Certificates
A certificate of completion is issued when you pass the course assessment. Each certificate carries a unique ID and can be verified publicly at academy.acadvista.in/verify.
Our certificates are certificates of completion issued by a private academy. They are not university degrees, and they are not accredited by any statutory body, university or government authority. Do not present them as such.
We may revoke a certificate if it was obtained through misrepresentation, if the associated payment was reversed, or if these terms were breached. A revoked certificate shows as revoked on the verification page.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's account.
- Interfere with the operation of the website, or attempt to extract the assessment answers.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
9. Educational content and no professional advice
Our courses are educational. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, academic or professional advice. Course material describes third-party AI tools whose features, pricing and policies change over time, and which can produce inaccurate output. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on and for complying with the rules of your own institution or employer.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance, or interrupted by failures of third-party services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, opportunity or data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when published on this page, with a revised "last updated" date. Material changes will also be notified by email where we hold your address.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Yamuna Nagar, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you where you live.
