Everything we sell is digital and is delivered online, immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping or delivery charge is ever applied.

2. Access requirements
You need an internet connection and a modern web browser on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Course material is streamed and downloaded from our website; no application needs to be installed.
3. Duration of access
Unless the course page states otherwise, access is for the lifetime of the course on our platform, including future updates to that course. There is no expiry date and no renewal.
4. If access does not appear
Payment confirmation occasionally lags on a poor mobile connection. If your course has not appeared within a few minutes:
- Refresh the page, or sign out and sign in again.
- Check your email, including Promotions and Spam, for the enrolment confirmation.
- Write to support@academy.acadvista.in with your payment reference. We check every payment against enrolments nightly and correct any that were missed, but a direct message is faster.
No payment is ever kept without access being granted. If access cannot be restored, the payment is refunded in full.
5. No physical shipment
We do not ship printed notes, certificates, storage media or any other physical item. Printed material, where requested by an institution for a bulk purchase, is arranged separately and in writing.
